About the Role
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, checking and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Preparing online orders for Australia Post and courier collection.
- Coordinating customer collections.
- Accurately checking garments before they are sent for embroidery or printing.
- Carefully checking embroidered garments upon their return to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Processing invoices and completing dispatch documentation.
- Receiving and checking incoming stock.
- Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient dispatch area.
- Working closely with our sales, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
- Has good computer skills and is confident learning new systems.
- Works well in a team and enjoys supporting others.
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Can prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Is reliable, motivated and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Has previous warehouse, dispatch or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
