About the Role
As a Partnership Administrator within our Global Programs team, you’ll support the delivery and growth of key partnerships across the APAC region. You’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes, bringing structure to processes, accuracy to data, and consistency to partner interactions so we continue to deliver robust outcomes for our customers and partners.
Working across teams including finance, operations, claims, analytics and technology, you’ll play a key role in connecting people, processes and information. Your work will help drive efficiency,
improve reporting, and support new initiatives as we continue to strengthen our partnerships and evolve our digital capability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across internal and external teams to support partnership operations including invoicing and reconciliations
- Manage and deliver reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Analyse audit outputs to identify discrepancies and support continuous improvement
- Support preparation of reports, insights and presentations for stakeholders and partners
- Assist with delivery of new partnership initiatives and product launches
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Strong capability using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with data, including identifying errors and improving quality
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and streamline ways of working
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Well‑developed problem‑solving skills with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
