The Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex ICT transformation initiatives. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will partner with business stakeholders, clinical teams, technical specialists and external vendors to analyse business needs, define future-state solutions, and support projects from discovery through to deployment.

This is an excellent opportunity for Business Analysts who enjoy working on large-scale enterprise programs where their expertise will directly contribute to meaningful outcomes for the community.

Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities across complex ICT transformation projects.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document current and future state business processes, workflows and functional specifications.
- Develop business requirements, user stories and traceability documentation.
- Support solution design, build, testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
- Prepare test plans, test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyse issues,



identify risks and contribute to quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate procurement activities in line with government policies where required.
- Build strong relationships across business, clinical, technical and vendor teams.
- Produce high-quality project documentation, governance artefacts and implementation materials.

You

You are a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background delivering enterprise ICT projects within complex environments. You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholder groups and can confidently translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

To be successful you will have:

- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale ICT projects.
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions, ideally within healthcare or other complex environments.
- Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements elicitation and functional specification development.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exposure to testing, deployment, change and business readiness activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience working within government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
