TriCare is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer for our Runaway Bay Retirement Community on the Gold Coast. This permanent part-time role offers a varied schedule with in office work and a focus on preventative and reactive maintenance to support residents and facilities.

You will join a supportive team, perform routine tasks, monitor pools and gardens, and assist with safety audits and reporting. Applicants should have at least two years in a similar role and hold a medium rigid license for
