WSP is offering an Undergraduate Program for students in their penultimate or final year, available from December 2026 onwards. Participants will gain practical hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to a structured development program within a global engineering consultancy.
Candidates should be in a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree, with an analytical mindset and a passion for learning and impact on the community. Adaptable work options are highlighted as part of the program.
