About the location

Located opposite Archerfield Airport, our Archerfield facility is home to Modscape + Modbotics' Queensland manufacturing operations. Conveniently located with easy access to the Ipswich Motorway, Centenary Motorway and Logan Motorway, the site is easily accessible from across Brisbane.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to lead Health, Safety and Environment across our Queensland operations.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our HSE systems remain practical, compliant and embedded in day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with managers, supervisors and employees to drive a positive safety culture, manage risk and support operational excellence across manufacturing and construction.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading the HSE function across Queensland manufacturing and construction operations.

Conducting HSE audits, inspections, incident investigations and supporting corrective actions.

Assisting with the development, review and continuous improvement of HSE systems, policies and procedures.

Providing practical advice, coaching and guidance to managers and frontline employees on health and safety matters.

Supporting hazard identification, risk assessments and regulatory compliance activities.

Monitoring HSE performance,



reporting on trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

You'll be a practical HSE professional who enjoys working alongside operational teams and building strong working relationships across the business.

You'll also have:

Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum) or a tertiary qualification in WHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in a senior HSE role within construction, manufacturing or another high-risk industry.

Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements.

Experience managing audits, incident investigations, risk management and HSE systems.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence, coach and support leaders at all levels.

A collaborative approach and genuine passion for creating safer workplaces.
