NSW Health in Caringbah and Kogarah seeks a Peer Manager with lived mental health experience to lead a team and guide peers on the path to recovery. You will develop empathic relationships, support personal recovery, and work with SESLHD leadership to drive consumer participation and service improvements.

You will coordinate Peer Workers across inpatient and community services, ensuring high-quality, recovery-oriented care and robust collaboration with service managers and coordinators.
