- We’re growing. Our Urban Development team has secured a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across the greater Ipswich region, and we’re looking for a Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t be stuck behind a desk.



You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to:

- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
- Manage QA, ITPs and compliance documentation
- Track costs, variations and progress claims
- Provide short-term programming input
- Ensure safety standards are upheld
- Solve problems as they arise on active civil sites
- This is a hands‑on role on active subdivision projects — roads, drainage, services, earthworks.

What We’re Looking For

- Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Have subdivision or bulk earthworks experience
- Understand QA and cost tracking processes
- Can build strong relationships with supervisors and subcontractors
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- If you’re currently a Project Engineer ready to step into more autonomy — we’d also like to talk.
