About the Facility
Lee Aged Care is an intimate 27‑bed home in the historic town of Blayney, NSW, offering a peaceful and close‑knit setting. Single rooms with ensuites, landscaped gardens and a personalised approach to care make it ideal for residents who value familiarity and relationships.
Uralba Aged Care is a small 22‑bed facility in Carcoar, NSW, overlooking the village and surrounding rural landscape. Refurbished rooms, garden access and a reputation for professional, compassionate care make it a sought‑after small home.
We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our aged care team at Lee Aged Care and Uralba Aged Care, in a (full‑time) capacity.
About the Role
As a Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of our aged care facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supportive, and well‑managed environment.
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced aged care professional who thrives on accountability, people leadership, and driving continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the overall operations of the aged care facility, ensuring smooth daily functioning
- Lead, support, and develop clinical,
care, hospitality, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, legislation, and organisational policies
- Drive a culture of person-centred care, safety, dignity, and respect
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational performance
- Manage stakeholder relationships including residents, families, staff, and external providers
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous service enhancement
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development
- Respond to and manage clinical and operational risks effectively
What You Will Bring
- Background as a Registered Nurse or relevant health/aged care qualification (preferred)
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Significant experience in aged care leadership or facility management
- Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, compliance, and governance
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- A calm, skilled, and solutions‑focused leadership style
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
