Ideal location is Wagga with options for Goulburn or Cootamundra also.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who is eager for a strong platform to boost their financial planning career. We are interested in speaking to people at all levels of their career, who are driven and passionate about providing advice in an effective but effective manager.

Agri-business and primary producers will be a solid component of the client base as well as business owners and high net worth individuals. You will be passionate about regional clients and their unique needs, and have a genuine interest in relationship-building and excellent client service. Equally, you will be driven by being part of a new and dynamic adviser offering.

The Role





- The role will shape itself around your experience and at whatever level you come in, you will be developed and encouraged to get to the next level
- You will be involved in investigating alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
- Manage client relationships, provide exemplary service and assist to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of advice

What we need

- Some experience within a Financial Planning environment
- Experience in an business with a broad range of clients is helpful
- Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
- An understanding of compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements as a basis
- Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
- Commercial mindset, forward thinking and a willingness to embrace automation and AI
