We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive the implementation of Monday.com across our fast-paced Brand & Marketing team. Working alongside Fruition, a Platinum Monday.com Partner, you'll help transform the way we work, collaborate and deliver results.

About the Role

You’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com, partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve workflow efficiency and drive successful adoption across the team.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com across Brand and Marketing.
- Partner closely with Fruition to design and deliver best-practice solutions.




- Review and streamline existing workflows, processes and ways of working.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and change.
- Deliver training, coaching and ongoing support to team members.
- Track project outcomes and report on implementation success and advantages realisation.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

About You

- Proven project management experience, ideally within digital transformation or systems implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Passion for process improvement and innovation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with Monday.com (or similar platforms) highly regarded.
