Etymon Concierge, part of Etymon Projects, is seeking a Sydney-based Concierge for Aura North Sydney. You will welcome residents and guests, assist with entry access, handle deliveries, and maintain knowledge of building services to deliver 5-star experiences.
You will work on a 7-day rotating roster (mornings/evenings/weekends), collaborate with the Concierge Manager, and contribute to guest events and lifestyle services. A minimum of 2 years in hotel or premium customer service is required.
