Sydney City Toyota & Sydney City Lexus are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant!

This role offers the successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to assist with multiple marketing, CRM and business development projects for two of the automotive industries strongest and most respected brands, Toyota & Lexus.

You will be working in a dynamic retail setting covering all areas of the business including New & Pre-owned Vehicle Sales and Service to form part of a small, yet strong marketing team.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, we are seeking a candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves and can handle:

- Managing the dealerships social media content
- Assisting with media schedules and digital advertising campaigns
- Liaise with our partner company to achieve our overall digital sales strategy
- Maintain positive working relationships with referral networks and community groups
- Experience in managing end to end community and stakeholder engagement activities
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to generate advocacy, referrals and future sales
- Assisting with Branding and compliance
- Coordination of Sponsorship and Events




- Monitor CRM activity, "Think outside the box" finding ways to improve the guest experience
- Assisting with showroom upgrades and signage changes (can bephysically demanding at times)

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical behaviour
- Previous experience in sales or marketing advantageous
- Take direction with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Have the ability to effectively work with and relate to all levels of management
- A strong work ethic with fantastic organisational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for marketing and dedication to learning about the automotive industry
