The Opportunity

With our iconic project currently underway along Moreton Bay, 'One' Redcliffe requires a seasoned Site Manager to join our site team and take the reins on our largest development to date. In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead a high-performing team from ground-breaking through to handover, driving build quality, safety, and program milestones.

To be successful, you will have the following:

- At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role, specifically leading multi-residential construction projects (mid- to high-rise)
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent), will be highly desired

Key Responsibilities:





- Exceptional leadership and team-management skills to inspire, mentor, and guide your site crew and subcontractors
- Guarantee all construction aspects meet quality standards, and are finished within time and budget constraints
- Oversee all health & safety aspects, including risk assessments & method statements
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies
- Proactive problem-solving skills, turning on-site challenges into opportunities
- Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism
