The Company
Our client is a well‑established FMCG manufacturer operating a high‑volume production site in Sydney’s Western Suburbs.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Planner to join a fast‑paced FMCG operation on a 6‑month fixed term contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
Working as part of a collaborative planning team, you will support the site’s Master Production Scheduling process,and work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership, requiring solid communication skills and the ability to influence in a complex environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, advanced systems knowledge, and experience in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced Excel capability
- SAP experienceis highly regarded
- Experience with Master Production Scheduling
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate across all levels
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a complex, fast‑moving environment
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full‑time as part of a supportive planning team
