Golden Triangle Landscaping is seeking an experienced Structural Landscaper to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

We specialise in premium landscape construction, garden renovations and ongoing landscape maintenance for high-end residential and commercial properties. Our projects are primarily located throughout Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Broadbeach Waters, Isle of Capri, Main Beach and surrounding Gold Coast areas.

This role is ideal for a skilled landscaper who takes pride in producing quality work, can confidently complete structural landscaping tasks and is interested in progressing into a leading-hand position.

The Role

You will work across a variety of landscape construction and renovation projects, including:

- Retaining wall construction

- Paving and stepping-stone installation

- Garden edging and garden bed construction





- Drainage installation

- Turf preparation and installation

- Soil, mulch and decorative stone installation

- Planting and softscape works

- Concrete preparation and minor concreting

- Demolition and site preparation

- Operating small machinery and landscaping equipment

- Reading plans, measuring and setting out works

- Coordinating materials, equipment and daily site requirements

- Supervising and directing junior employees and labourers

- Maintaining clean, organised and professional worksites

You may also occasionally assist our landscape maintenance team on premium residential properties when required.

About You

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Previous experience in structural landscaping or landscape construction

- Strong experience with retaining walls, paving, drainage and site preparation

- The ability to complete work accurately and efficiently

- Confidence using power tools and landscaping machinery

- The ability to read measurements, levels and basic construction plans

- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Good communication skills with clients, suppliers and team members





- The ability to lead other workers and take responsibility for site outcomes

- A reliable, professional and positive attitude

- The physical fitness required for landscape construction work

Requirements

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Reliable transport to our Gold Coast headquarters

- Construction White Card

- Relevant landscaping qualification highly regarded

- Excavator, skid-steer, Kanga or machinery experience highly regarded

- Structural Landscaping trade qualification or QBCC experience highly regarded

- Australian working rights
