Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens is a 138-room property set on 10 acres of landscaped grounds in Nathan, Brisbane. With modern conferencing facilities, an on-site restaurant, and a games room, we pride ourselves on offering a welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 2-3 days per week.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide bookkeeping, administrative, and office support. This is a varied, hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry in Xero (essential)

- Revenue and bank account reconciliations

- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Recording, reviewing and paying supplier invoices

- Managing trade accounts and responding to account enquiries





- Assisting with customer refunds and finance-related queries

- Preparing reports and financial information as required

- General administrative support to the General Manager

- Maintaining organised filing systems and business records

About You

- Proven experience using Xero accounting software (essential)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Able to manage competing priorities and work independently

- Transparent, confident communicator, both written and verbal

- Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information

This position offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for an experienced bookkeeper or administrator seeking a casual role with approximately 2-3 days of work per week.
