Duties:

Working alongside a longstanding team (4 - 15 years of tenure), this role will be shaped in consultation with you

- Take and address inquiries
- Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Undertake rent reviews & increases
- General client and contractor management
- Liaise with the Routines & Leasing team
- Recent business if you choose to for additional commission

Specific requirements:

All the standard expectations:





- Real Estate registration and car / drivers license
- Demonstrated ability to manage a residential portfolio
- Living locally would be an advantage, or good knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs
- ProperyMe experience preferred (but not essential)
