Day-to-day responsibilities

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
- Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
- Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way

- Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards
- Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products
- Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store

- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
- A strong mix of weekday and weekend availability
