About our tasty Opportunity:

At Hilton Foods, product safety, quality and compliance are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Technical Assurance Manager to provide technical leadership, strengthen our quality systems and drive continuous improvement across our ANZ business.

Reporting to the General Manager Quality Operations ANZ, you will lead our corporate technical assurance function, overseeing quality management systems, product specifications, regulatory compliance and technical standards. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our products consistently meet customer, legal and Hilton Foods requirements while fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the company's product safety and regulatory compliance framework.
- Monitor changes to food legislation and customer standards, translating requirements into practical business actions.
- Ensure products,



specifications,labelsand artworkcomply withapplicable legislation and customer requirements.
- Support regulatory inspections, customerauditsand certification activities.
- Lead the development and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure quality policies, procedures and standardsremaincurrent,effectiveand consistently applied.
- Oversee document control and change management processes.

With strong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace. You're confident leading technical teams, driving compliance and building strong relationships to ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory and Hilton Foods standards.

Along with that, you’ll bring:

- Degree qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality, or related discipline.
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical or quality systems.
- Strong understanding of food legislation, customerstandardsand certification schemes.
- Experience managing specifications and quality management systems.
- Experience leading internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
