With the growth of our team and business, we’re now seeking a full time Duty Manager to join us and help lead our venue to even greater success.
As Duty Manager, you’ll support and assist our Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive, motivated team culture.
About You
- You are an enthusiastic team player and a natural leader.
- You thrive in customer service and love creating memorable experiences.
- You’re a hospitality all-rounder, ready to jump in wherever needed.
- You’re highly motivated and hands‑on in your approach.
- You are available and willing to work night shifts and weekends.
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- You hold a current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager’s License — or you’re willing to obtain the required certifications.
