To join our teaching team, you will have:

- Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or eligibility.
- Demonstrated Teaching Experience (Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent understanding of Australian Curriculum and Assessment practices.
- Knowledge of LEM Phonics is an advantage but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to apply the planning,



learning and assessing principles of effective teaching and learning.
- Solid desire to collaborate with your peers to develop and implement quality curriculum programs and appropriate teaching.
- Willingness and ability to actively lead co-curricular activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the College community.
- Ability to exhibit Westside Christian College's genuine Christian commitment and care for students.

Applicants must have a practicing Christian faith and be actively involved in a church.
