About the Role
As Project Maintenance Manager, you will take ownership of operational performance across several site-based maintenance teams. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, strong safety performance, and high-quality maintenance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support site-based maintenance teams across multiple operations.
- Drive safety culture and compliance.
- Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations.
- Oversee maintenance performance,
equipment availability, and reliability targets.
- Support site leaders with planning, resourcing, and workforce leadership.
- Identify and implement operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics across QLD.
- Ensure maintenance activities align with OEM standards and best practice.
About You
- Proven leadership experience in mining maintenance or heavy equipment services.
- Strong knowledge of HME maintenance and open-cut mining operations.
- Experience managing multiple sites or operational teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Strong focus on safety leadership and operational excellence.
- Trade or engineering background highly regarded.
- Ability to travel to site operations as required.
