Palm Lake Care Deception Bay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to manage daily reactive and preventative maintenance, coordinating contractors to ensure a safe, welcoming workplace for residents.
In this full-time role, you will lead asset data records, conduct site walkthroughs with the Service Manager, and optimise maintenance within budget. A Trade background and WHS certificate are preferred; a National Police Check is required.
