We are seeking a qualified Welder/Fabricator to join our Workshop Team. This is a hands‑on role suited to a skilled tradesperson who enjoys variety, problem solving and being part of a supportive, down‑to‑earth team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Welding Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Welding and fabrication of new and existing components
- Repairing machinery, plant and farm equipment
- Operating workshop machinery and tools
- Inspecting and testing welded structures
- Maintaining workshop equipment and safety standards
- Contributing to a safe and productive team environment
You’ll work across a variety of projects that directly support our operations.
About You
- Relevant Trade Qualification as a Welder/Fabricator (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience across welding and fabrication processes
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Robust attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
This role requires good physical fitness and the ability to work in workshop conditions.
