Sureway Employment and Training – Albury NSW

Are you an experienced trainer, a careers counsellor or have worked within Employment Services? We have the job for you!

To support our growth, we are looking for motivated and engaging Facilitators to join the team at our sites, Albury, Wodonga, Shepparton, or anywhere within the Goulburn, Murray region. You will be working in the Career Transition Assistance program (CTA), assisting people who are 45 and over to build confidence and develop skills, supporting them back into work and guiding them through the process of taking on new career. You will deliver training, advice and ultimately help them become more competitive in the local employment market.

This position requires regular travel and some overnight stay.

Duties

- The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups in an empathetic, motivating and encouraging way
- Experience delivering training to adults adapting the methods to suit participant needs
- A solid knowledge of the local labour market and a sound understanding of what drives success in the job-searching process.
- Sound Information Technology and administration skills.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and positive attitude in working with Participants to achieve employment outcomes.
- A proven track record in achieving results, KPI’s and delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the Employment Services industry (Desirable)
