We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Draftsperson to join our Sydney-based team, supporting the design and delivery of commercial projects across Australia.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Experience: 3–5 years relevant experience

Qualifications: Degree qualified (Interior Design or related)

Salary: 80k - 90k per annum

Full-time

This role focuses on producing clear, accurate, and detailed documentation to support all stages of design development, coordination, and construction. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality drawings that translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare layout drawings and revisions
- Ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and Australian standards
- Collaborate closely with design, project management, and fabrication teams
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and site conditions
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all documentation
- Support projects from concept through to delivery





About You

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or drafting
- Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Strong technical drafting skills with a clear understanding of construction documentation
- Experience in commercial interiors
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
