Mercy Community are looking for an experiencedFinance Officer (Accounts Receivable), to join our Finance team. This is aPermanent Full-Time role, based in our Nudgee corporate office.
This role is responsible for managing and executing the processing of accounts receivable and related invoicing, claiming, receipting, credit note/write-offs, reconciliations and enquiries in compliance with Mercy Community Policies and Procedures, whilst ensuring data integrity.
Salary commensurate with experience plus superannuation plus salary packaging available
This role includes -
- Maintain new customer requests/change of details Master File.
- Daily receipting and follow up outstanding receipts.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Perform AR month-end reconciliations & communicate when ready to close.
- Processing credit note/write-off requests in compliance with Mercy Policies.
- Following up and processing debt collections.
About you
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
- A minimum of three years demonstrated full end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience, incorporating mid to high volume transactional environment
- Robust time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate/Expert ability to use computer IT systems including data base management, ERP systems, MS Word and Excel.
