Forsight Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join Maple House in Shellharbour. The role combines frontline client support with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid mode, including shift work and two dedicated team-leader shifts per week.

You will lead a small team of Active Support Workers, collaborate with the Client Care Manager, and advocate for person-centred care, quality outcomes, and respectful teamwork.
