This is a rare prospect for a junior Sales Associate to build their career within one of Sydney’s most competitive real estate markets, working closely with a highly successful Eastern Suburbs Director generating more than $4 million in annual GCI.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure across prospecting, buyer management, campaigns, open homes and the full sales process while learning directly from someone operating at the top of the industry.

This is not a role where you’ll spend twelve months standing at open homes without understanding what happens next. You’ll be immersed in the business, given clear expectations and taught how to build the foundations of a successful long-term sales career.

The Role

Working closely with the Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and building relationships with potential vendors
- Conducting buyer call-backs and maintaining regular buyer communication
- Identifying appraisal and listing opportunities
- Attending open homes, private inspections and auctions
- Assisting with buyer enquiries and database management
- Supporting the preparation and execution of sales campaigns
- Coordinating campaign activity with administration and marketing teams
- Maintaining accurate notes, follow-ups and client information within the CRM
- Assisting with pre-listing preparation and appraisal follow-up
- Building strong local market and product knowledge
- Supporting the Director across day-to-day sales activity
- Developing the skills required to progress into a more senior sales position

About You

This role would suit someone with:

- Previous experience within real estate sales, leasing, property management or real estate administration
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in property sales
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Solid communication skills and confidence speaking with buyers and vendors
- The discipline to prospect, follow up and complete the less glamorous parts of sales consistently
- A professional, energetic and coachable approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Good knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, the Eastern Suburbs market

You don’t need to arrive as a finished salesperson.

You do need to be hungry to learn, comfortable picking up the phone and prepared to consistently do the work required to become one.
