Insane Performance is one of Central Queensland's leading diesel and performance workshops, specialising in ECU remapping, dyno tuning, servicing, fabrication and performance upgrades.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Automotive Administration & Accounts Officer to become an important part of our team.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
You'll work closely with our management team, Service Advisor and technicians, supporting the daily administration of the workshop while ensuring customers receive professional service from their first enquiry through to vehicle collection.
No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in supporting the continued growth of our business.
Your Responsibilities
Administration
- General office administration
- Answering phones and directing enquiries
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Data entry and record keeping
- Maintaining customer and vehicle records
- Filing and document management
Accounts
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices and supplier accounts
- Banking and payment processing
- Following up outstanding accounts
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Reconciling paperwork
- Supporting monthly reporting where required
Customer Support
- Welcome customers professionally
- Assist with bookings and enquiries
- Support the Service Advisor during busy periods
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
Workshop Support
- Order office supplies and consumables
- Assist with purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers
- Maintain organised filing systems
- Assist management with administrative tasks
- Help improve office systems and procedures
About You
You'll be someone who:

Previous experience in administration, accounts or an automotive environment is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office or workshop management software will be viewed favourably.
