Joining our team at Play hard Sports Equipment as a Warehouse Assembler/Storeperson/General Hand. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our busy factory. This full-time position is located at our Reedy Creek facility in Queensland, where you will be responsible for supporting fabricators, painter and warehouse personnel. efficiently assembling and storing our range of high-quality sports equipment. We are looking for a mature person to efficiently assemble and store our range of high-quality sports equipment.
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately assemble and package sports equipment and accessories
- Use of hand tools for some assembly work
- Follow assembly drawings
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organised factory and warehouse setting
- Assist with general factory and warehouse duties as required
What we’re looking for
- Experience with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving heavy items
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 25kg
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of OH&S; Practices
- White Card
- Desirable 6-12 months experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment
