The role

You will run permanent recruitment end to end across the sector that matches your background. This includes detailed briefs, structured behavioural interviews, Confidential Candidate Reports with tailored questions, REACH profiling and psychometric assessments on every search, and structured follow-up at one, three and six months.

Your day is not buried in administration. The AI stack and support team handle much of that. Your value is reading what each search needs next, keeping the right conversations moving, and knowing when to push and when to hold.

- Run REACH profiling and psychometric assessments on every assignment
- Follow up placed candidates at one, three and six months in the role

About You

- Genuine experience across Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing
- You can hold your own with engineers, project managers and GMs alike
- You can sit across from an owner or a COO and add real value quickly
- You value real relationships over churn and hollow activity numbers.
- You move at pace but never lose sight of what genuinely matters most
- You're a natural connector who wants outcomes that work for everyone
- You already use AI in your work and stay curious as the tools evolve
- You use LinkedIn to build honest relationships, and not to broadcast
- You speak plainly and expect the same from those you're working with
- Sector fluency in Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing at pace
- A track record of end-to-end permanent placements across your sector
- Confidence running structured behavioural interviews and assessments
- Comfort with detailed written work, from briefs to candidate reports
- Practical use of AI in a recruitment workflow, not passive curiosity
- A relationship-led approach that puts quality ahead of pure activity
- Sound commercial judgement in fee and search strategy conversations.
