About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and caring for patients from the moment they arrive
- Managing appointments and phone enquiries
- Coordinating treatment schedules and recalls
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Instrument reprocessing and infection control
- Maintaining surgery presentation and stock levels
- Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as a Dental Receptionist,
Dental Assistant, or in a similar healthcare role
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a busy workplace
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant is preferred. We also welcome applications from experienced medical receptionists and customer service professionals with a genuine interest in dentistry.
Experience with dental software is highly regarded, but we're happy to provide training for the right person.
