The Role
This Territory Sales Manager position is responsible for growing sales and market share across Central Queensland by developing strong relationships with rural resellers and livestock producers. You'll provide technical advice, identify new opportunities and become a trusted partner to customers seeking practical livestock management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across the Central Queensland territory
- Build strong relationships with rural resellers and livestock producers
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical support and customer training
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Execute regional sales plans and achieve revenue targets
- Attend field days and industry events to promote products
- Maintain CRM records and work closely with the national sales team
About You
You enjoy working with producers, understand regional agriculture and are motivated by building long-term customer relationships.
You combine commercial awareness with genuine technical interest and enjoy working independently across a large territory.
You'll Bring
- Passion for agriculture with a livestock or farming background preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with resilience and accountability
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional sales territory
- Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting sales data
- Willingness to travel throughout Central Queensland, including overnight stays
- Experience in rural retail, animal health or agricultural technology will be highly regarded

Remuneration & Benefits
- $85,000-$90,000 base salary + Super
- Quarterly incentive bonus (target 20%)
