As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest fromProjectControllersinterestedin expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels,refiningand terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an chance to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities.You'llwork alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement,constructionand commissioning.

KeyResponsibilities

Develop,maintainand monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts and cost reports across fuel terminal, bulkstorageand infrastructure projects.

Track project performance against key milestones,identifyingrisks, variances and opportunities, and providingtimelyrecommendations to project leadership.

Coordinate project controls processes including cost management, change control, progressmeasurementand earned value reporting.

Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations,procurementand contractor teams to ensureaccurateproject planning, resourceallocationand reporting.

Prepare and present project dashboards, financialupdatesand performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of project status,risksand outcomes.

Support project governance and compliance requirements bymaintainingproject documentation, controlsystemsand reporting frameworks in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

About you

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in project controls, project planning, cost control,



or project management within fuel terminals, bulk storage, energy, oil & gas, resources, or industrial infrastructure environments.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost management, forecasting, change control, and project reporting, withproficiencyin systems such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, or similar platforms.

Proven ability to analyse complex project data,identifyrisks and trends, andprovideclear insights to support effective decision-making and project delivery.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across project, engineering, construction, operations, and contractor teams.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced and complex project environments
