As part of our Health Architecture team, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand, supporting projects that enhance patient care, wellbeing and community outcomes.

We are seeking an Architect to join our Brisbane team and contribute to the planning, design and delivery of major health projects across the ANZ region.

As an Architect, you will work alongside experienced architects, designers and multidisciplinary project teams to support the delivery of healthcare facilities ranging from hospital redevelopments and specialist treatment centres to community health and aged care projects.

You’ll gain exposure to all stages of project delivery while developing your technical, design and client‑facing capabilities within one of the world’s leading professional services consultancies.

Responsibilities

- Support the planning, design and documentation of health and infrastructure projects.
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, models, presentations and project deliverables.




- Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers and other technical specialists.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings and stakeholder workshops.
- Assist with research, site analysis, feasibility assessments and design development.
- Contribute to the production of high‑quality technical documentation.
- Support project delivery teams to achieve client outcomes, budget requirements and project schedules.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare planning principles and health facility design standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Architectural Design, Master of Architecture or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Demonstrated interest in architecture, healthcare design, urban environments or the built environment sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and/or BIM tools (desirable).
- Previous internship, vacation work or university project experience within architecture or design.
- Understanding of healthcare, institutional or public infrastructure projects.
