We're now searching for an experienced Compliance Manager who wants to be part of that journey.

This Isn't Your Typical Compliance Role

We're looking for someone who sees compliance as a way to make the business better—not harder.

You’ll work directly with our executive leadership team, advisers and support staff to improve advice quality, streamline processes, coach people and build systems that allow our business to continue scaling with confidence.

You’ll have genuine influence over how we operate and the opportunity to help shape the future of compliance within a rapidly growing national advice business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in everything from day-to-day compliance through to strategic business projects, including:

- Leading and continuously improving our compliance framework.
- Conducting advice file reviews and coaching advisers to become even better.
- Identifying trends and implementing business-wide improvements.
- Developing practical compliance processes that actually make sense.
- Managing breach reporting, incident registers and remediation where required.
- Working closely with our AFSL, auditors and external stakeholders.




- Delivering engaging compliance training across the business.
- Supporting acquisitions and integrating new advice businesses into Direct Wealth.
- Assisting with strategic projects as we continue to grow nationally.
- No two weeks will look the same.

About You

You’ll likely have experience within a financial planning practice, AFSL or licensee and understand how quality advice is delivered.

You’ll also bring:

- Strong knowledge of financial planning compliance and ASIC requirements.
- Experience reviewing SOAs and advice documentation.
- Confidence coaching and influencing advisers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset that balances compliance with delivering great client outcomes.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- RG146 qualifications (essential).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
