Whether you’re building on your experience or looking to take the next step, we’ll give you the tools and environment to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all utensils, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and organised
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including dishwashing equipment and kitchen areas
- Supporting our chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assisting with waste management and keeping back‑of‑house areas tidy and compliant
- Always ensuring that food is handled in accordance with Club procedures and food hygiene regulations.




- Ensure all garbage is taken to the cellar and placed in the appropriate place in accordance with our Club procedure.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in a commercial kitchen (essential)
- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Well‑presented with a professional approach
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Maintain up to date knowledge of NRRSL’s activities, products, services, and equipment
