About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with an experienced Adviser,



playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service while developing your technical knowledge and industry experience within financial planning.

Reporting directly to the Financial Adviser, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Adviser with client administration

- Liaising with clients, managing enquiries and booking appointments

- Preparing review meeting documentation

- Drafting simple ROAs

- Attending client meetings and completing file notes

- Implementing financial advice recommendations

- Assisting with ongoing client service activities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a customer service role within the finance or financial advice sector

- A genuine interest in financial advice

- Relevant studies or working towards a financial planning qualification (beneficial)

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Motivation to build a long-term career in the industry
