About the role

Full time, fixed-term position (for 12 months) based in either North Ryde NSW, Parkville VIC, or Griffith ACT. Reporting directly to the General Manager Quality & Business Services, you will lead a small team and be responsible for:

- Overseeing quality management systems, risk, legislative compliance, insurance and enterprise registrations
- Leading continuous improvement of quality, governance, policies and business continuity practices
- Developing and implementing efficient business processes and governance frameworks
- Managing quality planning, resources and audit schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Driving the development, review and maintenance of organisational policies, procedures and documentation
- Promoting a culture of quality through training, communication and non-conformance management
- Preparing reports and providing governance support to the Executive and Board

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Quality and/or Change Management
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in provision of governance, risk and compliance activities to Board and Executive level
- Experience in lead development and implementation of quality assurance, governance, risk and compliance models and in facilitating change associated with new frameworks, systems and business operations
- Embrace change and lead with focus and optimism, champion change and influence others to be open and accepting to change
- Maintains a high standard of practice through financial and risk management, and governance
- Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the organisation
