K&S; Corporation is seeking an in office People Services Officer to join our People & Culture team in Victoria. You will deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, reporting to the Executive General Manager – P&C; and collaborating with two other officers in a hands-on role.
You will be the first point of contact for queries, manage onboarding and lifecycle activities, maintain accurate HR records, and drive process improvements.
