About the Agency & Our Client:

We are partnering with a highly respected, leading Remedial Builder who has secured a massive pipeline of works across Sydney. Known for their exceptional culture and high-quality project delivery, they specialise in complex multi-residential and insurance remedial projects.

Due to sustained growth, they are looking for an experienced Remedial Site Manager to lead site teams and deliver projects ranging from $3m to $12m in value.

The Role:

As the Remedial Site Manager, you will be the driving force in office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Your projects will be spread across premium Sydney locations, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, managing sub-contractors and direct labor.
- Manage remedial works including concrete repair, waterproofing, facade refurbishment, and structural upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to WH&S; policies, quality assurance, and project timelines.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, building consultants, strata managers, and residential tenants.
- Conduct site inductions, toolboxes,



and maintain accurate site diaries.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring a mix of hands-on trade experience and strong site leadership skills.

Required & Highly Desired Attributes:

- Experience: Proven track record as a Foreman/Site Manager within remedial construction.
- Sector Background: Strong experience in multi-residential remedial projects or high-end insurance building works.
- Trade Background: A trade qualification in Carpentry or Waterproofing is highly regarded.
- Project Capability: Comfortable running projects valued between $500k and $12m.
- Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Construction/Project Management is a plus, but not essential - your proven site experience is what matters most.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage live-environment residential sites with diplomacy.
- Logistics: Full Australian Driver's License and white card.
