The Role

We'relooking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a key role in advancingNobleOak'sdata and AI capability. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work at thecentreof our data transformation, helping shape our data strategy, strengthen reporting and analytics, and deliver practical AI-driven solutions that createreal businessvalue.

This is a senior hands-on role that combines technicalexpertise, strategicinfluenceand business partnering. Working closely with the Head of IT & AI,you'llhelp solve complex business challenges, influence how data is used across theorganisation, and be a trusted voice on analytics,governanceand emerging AI opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Data Analyst,you'llhelp driveNobleOak'sdata strategy and analytical capability, including:

Delivering trusted reporting and data insights that support business and strategic decision-making across theorganisation.

Partnering with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, actuarial, distribution and leadership teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.

Leading the development and enhancement of data governance, dataqualityand reporting frameworks.

Designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to improve decision-making,efficiencyand customer outcomes.

Delivering executive and Board-level reporting that provides clear, actionable insights.

Identifyingtrends,opportunitiesand risks through advanced analytics and data modelling.





Providing technical guidance and coaching to colleagues and stakeholders to build analytical capability across the business.

Working with business and technology teams to improve data quality,consistencyand confidence in reporting.

Staying across emerging trends in analytics, AI,governanceand regulation to help shapeNobleOak'sfuture data capability.

What You Bring

7+ years' experience in data analytics, data science, businessintelligenceor a related discipline.

Experience developing reporting,dashboardsandvisualisationsthat support decision-making.

Strong skills in tools such as SQL, Python, R, PowerBIor similar analytics platforms.

Experience with data governance, dataqualityand information management frameworks.

Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application to business problems.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience within insurance or financial services will be highly regarded, with life insurance experience strongly preferred.
