Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build robust, long-term relationships
- Communicate and visit existing clients to promote retention, growth and additional services
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
- Provide general administrative support to the sales, finance and operations team
- Work with clients in a professional manner with a focus on building strong relationships
