About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Service Technician / Electrician to join our growing team. This role involves a combination of field service work across Sydney and workshop-based tasks at our Kingsgrove facility.

This is a Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend work as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service, and repair bakery and food processing equipment
- Install, commission, and start up new equipment
- Prepare sites for recent installations and projects
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Quote replacement parts and follow up service actions




- Assist customers with equipment operation and best practices
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Complete final assembly and testing prior to installation
- Liaise with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams
- Identify service-related sales opportunities
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Fitter/Technician or Electrician
- Type B Gas experience (desirable, not essential)
- Experience with bakery or food equipment (desirable, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Clear, professional, and courteous communication skills
- A reliable, punctual, and motivated work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Enjoyment in building strong client relationships
- Australian residency with full working rights
