This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated electrician who thrives on leading from the front, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on-site to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
- Coordinate daily work activities, resources, and materials to meet project timelines and milestones
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and project specifications to guide installation works
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the team during installation and commissioning
- Liaise with project managers, clients,



and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and communication

Who You Are

- A licensed electrician with proven experience leading teams on industrial or commercial electrical projects
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
