We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at our Jamberoo office. This is a full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate) with expected working hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As an integral member of a small, high-performing team, this role is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved in all facets of the administration of the firm. Your ability to learn quickly,



build rapportand develop robust relationships will be the key to your success.

On a daily basis, you will be involved with all administration relating to an accounting practice, including database and office administration.An understanding of ATO, ASIC and OSR procedures will greatly benefit you in the position,as will any knowledge of APS software.

- Prior experience working in an accounting firm or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
