The Role: Inventory Assistant Manager

As our Inventory Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the day to day flow of inventory operations, driving stock accuracy, team performance and operational excellence across the warehouse. Working alongside the Inventory Manager, you'll support and develop your team, solve challenges on the floor and help ensure stock moves efficiently through the business.

In this role,you’llbe helping to:

- Support the daily coordination of inventory operations, including stock consolidation, cycle counts, discrepancy management and problem order resolution
- Lead and motivate the Inventory team on the warehouse floor, setting the standard for accuracy, pace and accountability
- Support the onboarding,



training and development of team members to build capability and maintain operational standards
- Partner closely with the Inbound team to align priorities and ensure consistent stock handling practices
- Drive stock integrity and inventory accuracy through robust attention to detail and process adherence
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and promote safe work practices across all inventory activities

We’relooking for someone who:

- Previous experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics operations
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a team within a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management and warehouse processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills and confidence making decisions on the warehouse floor
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively and navigate changing business needs
- A genuine commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
