As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

This is an opportunity for a strategic finance leader who enjoys partnering with executives, driving business performance, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring strong financial governance while supporting sustainable growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will provide both strategic and operational financial leadership across the business. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, governance, compliance, business planning, and performance management while providing commercial insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the Executive Team to support business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial planning activities.
- Delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis, and performance commentary.
- Driving strong financial governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Leading and developing the finance function to support business performance and future growth.
- Leading finance, business system,



and process improvement projects from planning through to successful implementation and adoption.
- Supporting business improvement initiatives, investment decisions, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.

About You

You are a commercially savvy and influential finance leader who can confidently operate at both strategic and operational levels.

You will bring:

- Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a standalone or multi-entity organisation.
- Strong expertise across financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and financial controls.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executives and influencing business decisions through financial insight and analysis.
- Proven capability in cashflow management, performance reporting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Experience within a software, SaaS, technology, or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
